It's helpful for me to be able to see what the trend is as far as losses, and if you happen to have interest, you can keep tabs on me as well. As you can see, the first four weeks I lost 20 pounds... and the next four weeks I lost about 3 pounds. I weigh daily but generally post updated weights once a week, or perhaps sooner if I'm looking for some kind of trend and/or daily fluctuations. Around week eleven I started experimenting with eating more to see if it would help - I think it was definitely beneficial, and while most weeks the weight still doesn't fall off at dramatic levels, it seems to help me stay sane.
